As the USA's high health insurance and medical insurance premiums go sky high, Doctors are forming large partnerships or joining hospitals. You get maybe 1 very good doctor, and a few Mediocre ones.
My Primary partnered with his ENDO wife, listed as his PA, to lower cost. Gastro & Heart are big practices with multiple doctors. Some send 1 doctor for a day into small communities, but they are just basic checks or EKGs. Which your Primary can do. Gastro does nothing but listen, and order a test at the big city hospital. Heart Dr is seen once a year to script Diazide which the Primary can do.
Illogical. My GI tract has been off-kilter for months, with standard symptoms. I already know what is wrong. SIBO I've had it twice before. I don't require a barium X-ray, which is useless, but required. I need a Script for it. Rifaximin (Xifaxan). I wonder if IVM-Stromectol would not take care of it? Not too happy with the Xifaxan. Doubled my high dose of Probiotics.

And it's too bad those you list as involved in all of this are selfish, thinking only of themselves. Instead of being selfless and caring for others.
