All the climate claims and energy policies are not about sustaining life for humans. It's so weird that it's humans who are inflicting this on other humans.

https://merylnass.substack.com/p/fowl-play-how-chicken-genetics-barons

Matt Stoller and Basel Musharbash explain how monopoly capital took over the business of chicken genetics, with the result that we all suffer from higher prices, poorer quality and less choice. link is in Dr. Meryl Nass column.

Fowl Play: How Chicken Genetics Barons Created the Egg Crisis

In part two of "Hatching a Conspiracy," BIG delves into the obscure world of chicken genetics. Two secretive firms control the global supply of layer hens. And yes, private equity is involved.

Today, no egg producer in this country can expand the number of hens in its flock — or even replace the hens it already has when they age out or die — without the cooperation of this duopoly. And, since the value of hens rises with the price of the eggs, when the price of eggs is high these two barons have a clear interest in keeping the supply of pullets to producers on a tight leash — so the high prices stick.

On the other end of the egg supply chain, you have the largest egg producer in the country and the world, Cal-Maine

part 1 Hatching a Conspiracy: A BIG Investigation into Egg Prices.

'More hens, less income!' So said the United Egg Producers' economist Donald Bell in 1994. The industry has gotten more consolidated ever since. And avian flu is just the latest excuse to hike prices. https://www.thebignewsletter.com/p/hatching-a-conspiracy-a-big-investigation.

Neither article mentions the CRUEL AND INHUMANE WAY TODAY'S PRORUCERS RAISE EGG LAYING HENS OR BROILERS, MUCH LESS THE DESTRUCTION OF DAY OLD ROOSTERS. WHICH CAN BE USED FOR CAT/DOG FOOD, ZOO CARNIVORIES, BROTH, SOUP BASES.FOR HUMANS. NOR THE MILLIONS OF FLU EGGS. WHICH BRINGS UP THE SUBJECT DO OTHER JABS REQUIRE EGGS?

Please let me know if you find any of these Mythical dozen $1.85 eggs? They can't recoop unless they nix the Flu jab, we are already importing, or have fixed the issue of fake Birdflu massive cullings. New chicks are sold at Tractor Suppy as fast as they come in from the Hatchery which is normally Mid-March, came in the 2nd week of Feb.. 6 months till the first 1 egg per day. Need 5 hens to supply a family of 3.-4. My last year's batch are still in winter mode of 5 eggs a day from 7 hens. Bought 5 1st Day TS had them, they are 1 month old, still in the brooder.
