Old age is not pleasant in these evil times, you have to fight to get to see a doctor face to face you are grateful to come out of a hospital alive .The powers that be are pyscopaths and they want to kill most of us .

I try not to see a doctor at all.
The best choice.
Like taking your car to the shop, they will always find something wrong, something a prescribed drug will mask.
