I have a friend whose sister was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer right before the lockdown. She was staying with a friend about 1200 miles from her home and did not have health insurance. My friend and her family went to get her and bring her home so hopefully she could begin some kind of treatment. They took her to the emergency room as soon as they arrived home but there was nothing the doctors could do for her.

She was put in hospice the next morning. On her second day in hospice Gavin Newsom locked down the state. The staff at hospice would not even hold the phone to her sister’s ear so they could explain to her why they weren’t there. They said it was too dangerous. My friend’s family went every day to try to see her but were never to see their sister, daughter, mother ever again. She died alone surrounded by strangers too afraid to be in the same room as her.

We had a couple in our Sunday school class in their 70’s. They had been married 47 years. The husband went in to have surgery in an emergency situation because of blood supply issues to his leg. They told him without surgery he could lose his leg. The wife and son dropped him off at a hospital in Houston for surgery. They were not allowed in the hospital because of Covid protocols in 2021.

The surgery was fine but they had problems waking him up from the anesthesia. The doctors and staff, after a couple of days of him being unresponsive, were discussing if they should let his wife in to see him and see if her voice would wake him up. She begged them to just hold a phone up to his ear while they contemplated the risk of her being in the room with him. They said they had no idea what the problem was because all his tests appeared normal.

Well, after 9 or 10 days and no decision they ran tests again and told his wife, on the phone, her husband was brain dead, sorry.

She and her children were finally able to see her husband, and their father at the mortuary.

I don’t know how our government expects any of us to ever get over what they did to us. I will never forget.

No one could be ever expected to "get over" such horrific treatment and betrayal of our supposedly shared common values.

I hate using a familiar political saying, but Tammy, "I feel your pain." I, we, will pray for you and friends and family. Be strong, girl, for all of us.

I always say, about the medical system in particular, "We must do the next right thing!"

And we are not even close, doesn't even seem possible!

Denial of church and burial services is one of the greatest insults possible, and look at how often that occurred.

Yet they want our respect and forgiveness of "errors" made and even have the gall to ask for increased financing because of these same "errors" which makes me want to puke!

I can only hold them in contempt now, which made me laugh when they charged Steve Bannon with "Contempt of Congress."

They might as well charge us all with it now!

Ya gotta love that guy... I do.

But I get the distinct impression he doesn't yet realize that "Covid" isn't/wasn't a "disease," but a bioweapon.

It'll be interesting to hear him when he realizes THAT...

He's good...

I have Irish Alzheimer's.... I forget everything but my grudges. I absolutely don't trust these evil bastards and am even more wary of those who try to cross over.
