Starting in 2009 ( start-up position) 2013 ( 51% ownership ) okayed by state department and ultimately Hillary. In 2013 Rosatom took 100% ownership of Uranium one and controlled 20 % of US uranium production. A flawed deal for America but several owners of Rosatom donated $145,000,000 to the Clinton Foundation.
Except that Ms. Clinton had nothing to do with that. She didn’t sign off on it and received no money from it. Even the Republikkklan House could find no involvement by her.
