What to do with the Greens

15TH APRIL 2023

No one who can read believes in the manufactured myth of global warming, the conspirators’ dream of net zero or the false hope of vaccination.

The people who do believe in these arrant nonsenses call themselves ‘Green’, and like to pretend they are saving the planet we all share.

But the ‘Greens’, the witless illiterati, are the most arrogant and ignorant of all creatures and they are beyond saving from their own witless devotion to the deceits of the globalists.

We need to take all the ‘Greens’ (and, while we are at it, all those who proudly describe themselves as ‘Woke’) and put them on a deserted island somewhere (one of those used for testing nuclear weapons would be ideal).

We should give each of them a little windmill (one of those coloured plastic ones sold at seaside resorts would do fine), a solar panel and a bag of insects and tell them to get on with it.

Meanwhile, the rest of us can settle around our coal fires, eat mounds of treacle pudding with lashings of custard and celebrate their departure from our lives by singing hymns of praise.

Useful idiots will always be around, Edwin. :)

And as you are saying, the distractions are also serving other ulterior purposes.

Don’t Use YouTube – You Might as well give money to the WEF

18TH APRIL 2023

I gather that YouTube still exists, offering a diet of conspiracy propaganda and dancing nurses.

Don’t support YouTube – don’t visit the site at all. If you do you are enriching the enemy who are part of the conspiracy.

And don’t trust anyone still making videos for YouTube – the platform of choice for frauds, shills and controlled opposition. YouTube only allows people who aren’t considered a threat to the conspirators to have a platform on their channel. Of course, some shills claim they are still on YouTube because they are clever and are beating the system. My view is that they’re either naïve or stupid or just plain old-fashioned liars. To claim you can beat the YouTube algorithms is like saying you can beat the speed cameras by smearing your number plates with margarine or simply by driving faster. The robots and the collaborators watch everything, and anyone opposing the truth-deniers and their policies has already been ejected from the YouTube platform.

If you do find yourself watching anything on YouTube that doesn’t involve roller skating gerbils or people jumping in front of buses please remember that what you are watching was stamped APPROVED by your government and by the CIA. And the ads you see are helping to enrich YouTube and the enemy.

Oh, and don’t pay the BBC licence fee (don’t break the law, of course). The BBC is the world’s major source of misinformation and disinformation. If you give them money you might as well be giving it to the World Economic Forum. Remember the BBC has ‘financial arrangements’ with both Bill Gates and the European Union.

I’m banned from all these places and from all social media but if you want truths about where this is all heading read my books: They want your money and your life and Social credit: Nightmare on your street. Both are available via the bookshop on this website.

Alternatively, you could just sit in a corner, making humming noises, and wait for THEM to come and get you. Because they are very, very close.

If you have a smart phone you are about to become its prisoner

18TH APRIL 2023

All around the world, Governments are introducing a new warning system – using smart phones to send warning messages to everyone. Some countries, such as China, have had these smart phone warning sirens for some time. The system is being tested on St George’s Day in England.

It’s another one of life’s unending evil coincidences that governments everywhere have been ordered to instruct mobile phone companies to send out alerts via smart phones.

The phone’s owner will hear 10 seconds of a siren-like noise and then there will be a picture warning on the screen until the owner turns it off. Really stupid people think this is all being done to protect them. After all, governments say that the scheme will warn of floods or nuclear attacks. What the lying, scheming conspirators don’t mention so much is that they can target whole countries or just a few houses in a locality. You can see where it’s going, can’t you? Next time someone is suspected of having a cold, everyone within sneezing distance will hear the siren and be told to stay indoors until further notice.

The world looks more like a prison every day and smart phones will be the jailers. Eventually the warning siren will go off when it is time to get up in the morning. And it will scream at you when it is time to go to bed. Dump your smart phone now before you are its prisoner.

Without smart phones their digital world will not work.

High Blood Pressure CAN be controlled without Drugs

15TH APRIL 2023

High blood pressure is under-diagnosed and yet when it is diagnosed it is often over-treated. In most cases, however, it is a relatively simple problem and I know from the many letters I’ve received from readers that it can be treated very successfully without drugs.

There’s a good deal of confusion about blood pressure. But although it is a complicated process it’s actually simple to understand.

In order to survive and to thrive, the tissues and organs of the human body need regular supplies of fresh blood. It is blood that brings the oxygen and other essential foodstuffs without which the tissues would die, and it is blood that carries the many waste products that are made. To travel around the body, through a complicated network of arteries, veins and capillaries, blood has to be kept under pressure. It is, of course, the heart which maintains that pressure, and it does this by regular, rhythmic pumping.

Under normal circumstances several factors affect the pressure at which blood travels around the body. First, there is the heart pump itself. If it is beating unusually rapidly or with exceptional force then that will obviously increase the pressure on the blood. Second, there is the size of the blood vessels, and in particular the muscular walled arteries. If the bore of an artery has been narrowed by muscular contraction then obviously the blood will have to be put under greater pressure for it to travel through the artery. Third, there is the amount of blood in the body. If the amount of blood increases for some reason then the pressure will rise: if the amount of fluid falls then the pressure will fall.

Changes in the world around you can alter your blood pressure considerably. If, for example, you are being chased by a mugger then your body, recognising that your tissues need larger amounts of oxygen to cope with the crisis, will raise your blood pressure. This temporary variation will help you to stay alive. Once you have escaped from the mugger your blood pressure will go back to normal. Such a temporary change in blood pressure is acceptable and useful. It can, quite literally, help save your life.

Unfortunately, blood pressure sometimes goes up and stays up. And that can cause all sorts of problems. The tissues and organs around the body will be subjected to excessive pressures and there is a real risk that they will be damaged. If left unchecked, a persistent rise in blood pressure can kill. It is, for example, a major cause of heart disease and strokes. High blood pressure may not be an exciting, fashionable or dramatic disease and it may not attract much attention in the press or on television but it is one of the major causes of death in the Western world.

My revised and newly republished book High Blood Pressure is designed to tell you things you need to know about the causes of high blood pressure and about how you can help bring your blood pressure down. For, make no mistake about it, high blood pressure can usually be treated both safely and effectively. And you can buy a small machine (sphygmomanometer) from the pharmacy to help you measure your own blood pressure. Most important of all it can, in many cases, be controlled partly or even completely without the use of drugs.

When, in the 1970s, I first pointed out that high blood pressure could be brought down by learning to control stress – and the need for medication reduced – I was attacked quite viciously by some in the medical profession who felt that the only way to treat high blood pressure was with the aid of drugs. I believe that today most doctors would agree with me that lifestyle changes are a vital part of good blood pressure control. And there are a host of things that blood pressure sufferers can do to help themselves. Even if high blood pressure cannot be controlled completely without drugs it may be possible for your doctor to reduce the dose of the drugs required – and that is always a good thing! (But you should only stop or reduce prescribed pills with your doctor’s approval and help.)

Finally, remember: It is estimated that up to twenty per cent of the world's population have high blood pressure. Only fifty per cent know it. Only twenty-five per cent are being treated. Only twelve and a half per cent are being treated effectively.

High blood pressure is underdiagnosed, poorly treated and widely underestimated.

Great enumeration of the endless strikes humanity has to suffer. I apologize for the numerous links, but they are mean to address specific entries in the article, and I don't want to flood the comment section with more text than whatever is needed.

It is, indeed, Orwell's "eternal war," but it exists only as a show, just like in Orwell's 1984.

Ukraine is using ethnic minorities to make it look like there is a war, whereas it's "only" ethnic cleansing. I bet, that's not going to reach the International Criminal Court, the kangaroo court that resembles Nuremberg.

Chances are, WW3 will soon be on TV, and a few American cities are going to suffer major casualties (allegedly, quite a few of them are already mined up). Now, that's what I call a war in the Orwellian sense.

Nuclear war? Not likely, especially if one reads the following:

https://mpalmer.heresy.is/webnotes/HR/download/hiroshima-revisited.pdf

All strikes and demonstrations are self-defeating:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/do-not-comply-no-kidding

Politicians are stupid, but they are only puppets:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/hijacked-governments

The nanny-states have been around for quite a while, and they are broke, badly needing the introduction of the new fiat currency, the CBDC:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/where-is-americas-gold-and-why-does

Davos, as far as I can see, is only for taunting the powerless and for a show with players who are going to become dispensable soon...
