I lost respect for the so called "conservatives" saying Gov Ron would be a better choice in 2024 because of the "baggage" Trump carries! Baggage that exists purely because of Democrat and "The State's" lies!

The obvious superior choice would be a Trump/DeSantis ticket, so that if (and when) they kill Trump, Ron will be in the catbird seat. But that would involve thinking about the US people, something it appears only Trump is capable of, at least at this point.
