I'm not a doctor, but I know that sunlight helps the body create Vitamin D. Oranges and citrus fruits provide vitamin C. I also know that if there is a pandemic, you don't lock up the healthy people and put the sick in with the old folks.

You quarantine the people who are sick so those who aren't can go about their daily lives.

You don't keep people locked up, force them to wear masks or force them to take untested medication.

You don't even lock the sick down; you urge them to get sunlight and fresh air and breathe deeply to the gunk out of their lungs.

You urge them to exercise and be physically fit.

But our medical professionals are more interested in lifetime patients that they don't do the right thing anymore.

By the way, have you noticed the drugs coming out today that say, "If you are allergic to this drug, don't take it."? How is a person supposed to know if they are allergic to the drug if they've never used it before?

Isn't that what drug trials are supposed to find out if people are allergic to the medication?

And doctors, don't get me started on doctors, or as I like to call them, pill pushers. They no longer diagnose the underlying disease. They treat the symptoms, even if they have nothing to do with the disease.

My parents took me to the library starting about four, when i went to the story hour to hear poetry and stories read. I got hooked on reading from listening to Wynken, Blyken and Nod on...I read everything. However, my favorites were fairy tales, I lived in them for years. In my teens, i got into other books...and read Gone with the Wind six times. The Civil War period of time fascinated me. This book got me interested in history. My father and mother were both readers. .My father told me in my teens, "Don't believe everything you read, just because it is printed in a book." I learned how right he was. For 82 years I have been into reading and honed into health and nutrition in 1961. ..In 1979 I wrote a 300 page manuscript How to Raise an Organic Baby based on 22 years of raising 4 children. A publisher was interested and sat on it for 3 months, then told me the AMA would not approve. because I didn't have a doctorate. I had also written another manuscript entitled For Thou Art With Me on the miracles I had seen in my first 45 years, but i gave up on selling anything, after my 300 page manuscript was rejected. In 1982, I decided to go for a Master's Degree...and used my 300 page manuscript as a thesis. It was evaluated by a Harvard-trained doctor and nurse.at an accredited school (Columbia Pacific University). It along with other courses and works earned me a Masters in Nutrition and Holistic Health Sciences. However, i could not collect it, because I lacked credits that I needed for a Bachelors. So, I started checking out nutrition schools.. When I found out that the Nutrition Industry provided the information being taught...I just took a test for becoming a nutritional consultant and passed with an A. I had studied this subject for 21 years. At the end of the test I left a note: "I provided the answers you wanted, but they are not necessarily valid." The test was obviously set up by the Food Industry. As of 2025, I will have been researching the subject of niutritiion and health for 64 years..and It never ends. There is always more to learn.

Agree wholeheartedly. By the time she was 12, my mother had read every book in the little town library near her (1940ish). She never went to college, but became the main breadwinner in our family, and sent all 4 of her children to college. Dad was the eldest in his family and was the only one who 'got' to go to college. He did and became an Architect. Later he told me he would have rather been a farmer. I never questioned the 'college prep' track in highschool, but would have been a better match to tradeschool or apprentiships. Mom passed away by 70, from working too much and yearly flu jabs. Dad was dead by 73 or so, developing Alzheimers from extreme amounts of dental anesthetics and flu jabs. At least I know now never to trust credentials, not from schools, from doctors, or from anyone.

Great read!

There is no doubt in my mind that volunteering for the jab was one of the most un-American things a person could do.

Rather than "question authority", which has always resonated with folks with true American values, these societal jesters prefer to reinforce or even become the authority of the tyrants.

I'm taking the position of hardening my opinion of the Karens and other liberty-crushing people like them. They are advocating things that injure or kill my family. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Kind'a sad to consider violence toward those so woefully unprepared for essentially anything, but I didn't start this exchange.....

Onward, Christian soldiers!

Excellent article and even though I’m not an American these points apply just as much to Britain. We must all always question “authority”. I did not comply with any of the Covid Regulations as they were clearly ridiculous and the day will never come when the Government can tell me how to dress myself

Wonderful article. Think about the people running congress and the letter agencies. What is shared by 99.9% of them. Letters behind their names. Diplomas have nothing to do with intelligence or common sense

I find it amusing that with every letter of the alphabet someone adds to the end of their name, the less critical thinking they have.

This all came out into the open during the covid-hoax as all the non-experts(people who'd lived long enough to see how following government guidelines created an unhealthy body) were shunned for not being experts.

My college educated daughter fell for the hoax, along with my nurse-practitioner daughter in law. Their men went along with their wives' sound judgement--all because of higher education.

Suddenly we the parents knew nothing while our kids, who were far more educated, took the shot.

The covid flu hit my husband and I once, and it was a mild 3 day annoyance, while our kids are going from one flu/cold/covid to the next.

No amount of logic and common sense could persuade them otherwise. Now we can only pray for their continued overall good health--so far no strokes, cancer or myocarditis. But our friends have not been so lucky. Lots of the above issues.

I'm so happy I dropped out of college to join a rock band. Being a rebel is far healthier than following the experts' advice.

Their indoctrination into a system is what led them to trust to too much.

And it has betrayed them. I felt pretty betrayed, and still do, a community pharmacist for 38 years (retired 2017), I managed my patients around scams pretty well, and then, Covid, a complete scam. Particularly with the shots, I never gave flu shots, didn’t believe in them, but Covid shots, I would have gone 10-15 years before I took one, but now, never, messing around with somebody’s immune system ain’t pharmacy, it’s madness.

I learned to not trust the system too much, most didn’t. I could tell you horor stories pre-Covid, but will save that for another time.
