The FBI needs to be put back on RICO cases, bank robberies, and kidnappings. They've proven they can't be trusted to act intelligently when given real information.
Absolutely no one is coming to save us, but it would be nice to know someone’s in our corner. Kash is probably that guy, he’s got the track record to prove it, look at all the investigations done on him!
I wholeheartedly agree with your reasons to support Patel for the FBI and I hope he is confirmed and begins to clean house. But I do have a question: when was this golden age of non-partisansip the FBI enjoyed? The FBI has always had a dirty history of involving itself in our politics. Hoover variously tried to and maybe succeeded in killing Dr. King; it planted agents provacateurs in the Vietnam anti-war movement; I was at a march in D.C. during the invasion of Iraq and knew there were FBI trouble makers in the crowd; it has supported the right at times and the left at others. The FBI was founded initially around 1870 to enforce federal law, which is the president's bailiwick. But, as these things go, it didn't take long for the FBI to become large enough to engage in mission creep. By the time J.Edgar Hoover came along around 1918, he became involved in the Red Scare at the time and supported the Palmer Raids. One of his chief contributions was to create a "databank" of all known so-called radical leaders, organizations, and publications. I suppose his definition of "radical" was whatever he determined it to be. Later on, the FBI was also responsible for the murder of Fred Hampton and other black leaders, some of whom were Black Panthers. Along with the CIA and all the other intelligence gathering agencies, the FBI should be "torn up and thrown to the wind" or JFK's words to that effect.
You are right, it should be destroyed, but since it can’t, let’s run it correctly, for Americans instead of against Americans, which Americans gives us the correct answer of all Americans. Foreigners be damned unless they are converted to Americans.
Kash Patel has an impressive resume and listening to him speak, I believe President Trump made a good choice. The Left is protesting, because anything President Trump proposes, they would be against. President Trump wanted to clean up the swamp during his first term, but with all the rigged events by the left, he didn't have the time. Now, he has far more people with him who are aware of what the Left is like...and he is going to get all the RATS out of the sewer, too.
Isn't Patel quite a fanatical Zionist who wants war with Iran? While I wholeheartedly agree that the neo-Marxist liberals are lunatic truthphobic cultists, it's been my observation for the past two years that the entire American political arena is a dialectical manipulation game whereby "woke" left-wing degeneracy is designed to propel right-wing theocratic counterrevolution into power for the institution of the NWO agenda.
After all, the Trump train reeks of Jesuit/Masonic fingerprints: Mango Caesar himself was mentored by 32nd/33rd-degree Freemason Norman Vincent Peale; Musk has occult ties; and most notably, Hegseth outed himself as a neo-Templar coadjutor based on his tattoos. Plus, Project 2025's writers (who stringpull Trump's social/cultural agenda) are a load of Knights of Malta/Opus Dei agents (kind of funny how liberals keep looking at the wrong core entities to scaremonger over "foreign meddling").
I will add nonetheless that I have more respect for honesty-seeking right-wing muckrakers than liberal pantywaists whose intrinsically anti-intellectual animosity to "conspiracy theory" keeps them from accepting factual reality in order to retain their convenient echo chamber bubbles. Unfortunately, both mainstream routes of "left" and "right" lead to a singular totalitarian destination in the dialectical process.
Thanks for the restack, Gbil.

Trust must be earned, and they have not earned a bit!
Nobody is coming to save us .. be vigilant, discern 24/7

I don’t know how successful he will be this time, but we can certainly get behind him and press for his successes.
