Yep, as a straight white guy, I gave it up advancing any farther up the totem pole, and set out to be the best community pharmacist I could be. That I quickly realized was a joke, and retired in 2017 after 38 years of maneuvering my patients around the scams, only to find out the joke was on us. It was all a lie, all of it, we weren’t working to make the children better, but sicker, and that goes for the adults too, then I figured we were trying to kill them, with an imaginary disease, by doing imaginary testing, and treatment with imaginary drugs, and then, an imaginary vaccine.

All I can say is: There was nothing much new about DEI; it's been around for decades under the name "Affirmative Action". And no, it's not going away just because Trump says so; your only reliable resource in this is yourself. How can you actively do something about Woke organizations and their "DEI"? Our country has laws against discrimination. There is no need for DEI or anything like it. If you want to push for more equality of opportunity with education, etc, please do, but do not force equality of outcome- it will end badly.

Victor Davis Hanson's work is always delightful. I have noticed through media coverage of many events over the last few years that (especially in blue states) there is a large representation of blacks in positions of authority. There are many black mayors, attorney generals and prosecutors, police chiefs, fire chiefs, etc. The majority of these blacks in authority seem to be women. I have also noticed that the majority appear to be unable to do their jobs well. I don't mean to suggest that they are unable to perform well because they are black. The problem is that the left wing voters seem to be using color as a basis for their vote. The voters, obviously, subscribe to the CRT/DEI political movement. A quick watch of tv commercials and print ads would seem to suggest that blacks are the majority citizens in the US. I believe there are about 46 million blacks here with a total population of about 325 million. For obvious reasons, it is a good thing that the DEI movement is falling apart. It is only causing harm to the blacks and the country as a whole. The best thing for us all will be the return of voting or hiring people based on their ability to do the job.
Yeah, sadly, Planned Parenthood has been REMOVING several generations of black children since the 1950's...and now people are SO BRAINWASHED they actually call it "healthcare" and DEMAND it continue! It is DISGUSTING and ALL BY DESIGN of some true MONSTERS AMONG US!

I’ve seen this in practice several places, it’s hard know until you see it with your own eyes.
I still work part time, not really in the “job market “ per se, but I observe what’s happening mostly with national companies, I patronize.
