Back in the 90s when I was a student at Winthrop College one of our biggest problems was how to havre a more healthy person on Food Stamps, and the only place the could get groceries was in a corner store with no fresh produce at all. This was mostly in the inter cities, but with the lack of transportation it was everywhere. Our solutions were no solution. And now the junk food industrial complex is more alive now than ever. And it’s also more complex with overly processed foods than seemingly healthy.
If the whole world attempted to get healthy, we would have a healthy heart/earth, a thoughtful mind, even the devils would begin to be kind...... simple but probably true and difficult but no pain no gain as is said... would be great to see a president promote natural eating habits, exercise, even love.... lol
