How to read your prescription

Dr Vernon Coleman

When writing out a prescription many doctors still use abbreviations derived from a rough and ready version of Latin. The abbreviations are used to give instructions to the pharmacist who will turn the prescription into a bottle of pills. Here are some of the commonest abbreviations - and their meanings:

ac - before meals

alt die - alternate days

bd (or bid) - twice a day

c - with

dol urg - when the pain is severe

gutt - drops

hs - at bedtime

m - mix

om - every morning

on - every evening

prn - when needed

qd (or qid) four times a day

r - take

sig - label

sos - if necessary

stat - immediately

td (or tid or tds) - three times a day

ung - ointment

I used to read all kinds of prescriptions, some would not be readable unless you were familiar with the prescriber, unfortunate but true with many prescribers in the 80's. However FAX machines (1964) were our salvation, how many times did I say to some bewildered rookie pharmacist, just send a fax over and I'll look at it.

Here is the fact checked story lol

Some elements of this futuristic tale are true. Facebook did have two AI-powered chatbots named Alice and Bob that learned to communicate with each other in a more efficient way.

But this didn't happen recently. And Facebook didn't shut down Alice and Bob.

One doesn't even need to be in Research. Just being a patient will do. Go into a hospital to get your tonsils removed, become a test subject for a bunch of twenty-somethings to poke around your cervix! Without your consent.

Yes. This happens. So much that they try to pass legislation to prevent it, and hospitals lobby to defeat it. They want to keep their 'right" to sexually assault you the moment you go under anesthesia. They call it, "Nonconsensual Intimate Examinations." Makes it sound so much nicer than sexual assault.

Listen to the testimony beginning at the timestamp I indicate. It will disgust you. It disgusted the committee chair and other legislators listening. Listen to it anyways.

Even so the bill died in the MA House. This is the medical profession in 2024. Research. Training. Any excuse will do:

Massachusetts 2023 H.2146 / S.1333

An Act prohibiting nonconsensual intimate examinations of anesthetized or unconscious patients

Committee on Public Health, 9/20/2023

https://malegislature.gov/Events/Hearings/Detail/4682

Seriously, listen to it from the timestamp. Hasn't been long enough for you to have listened to it. Ten minutes of testimony and reaction. Bill failed later in the process. Harvard, Tufts and Boston U medical schools weighed in (lobbied) against it behind the scenes. They'll never come out publicly to defend their practices. Smh.

Freedom Fox, that was incredible, thank you.

The audio as well as video and personal testimony get right to the point.

I find it most instructive to see how humanity is trained out of medical professionals. The moral conflicts they face in training, the push, coercion to negotiate moral conflicts away. How utilitarianism is trained into them while in medical school, "for a greater good" justification and rationalization of harming other human beings.

The hearing gives the side of a small minority of medical professionals coming to grips with the truth about their profession, trying, at great risk to their careers, to help correct it. Knowing that their peers long ago negotiated away their humanity.

It's instructive to peek inside the minds of those who embraced and enforced the pandemic insanity, the vaccination insanity, the trans insanity. It's all just like what these people testified about. Their focus on "nonconsensual intimate examinations" might as well be everything else that we find morally reprehensible about the direction that allopathic medicine, Big Medicine + Big Pharma has taken. My takeaway. Anything else that stands out for you?

All of these medical experiments pale in light of the Dept. of Defense's medical countermeasure (COVID-19) injections into billions of non-consenting people. These are true crimes against humanity. Millions have died and millions more have been permanently disabled.

RH PLUS IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH RH NEGATIVE. BOTH PARENTS NEED TO KNOW BLOOD TYPE, OR GET TESTED. THIS IS PREVENTABLE WITH SIMPLE BLOOD TYPING TEST.

AI ANSWER: The shot used to prevent Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn (HDFN) is called anti-RhD immunoglobulin (RhIg). It's a shot of pooled human plasma from people who have been immunized to the D antigen. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends that RhD-negative women receive the following doses of RhIg:

Simple blood typing and the shot eliminates this. But many women don't know who the father is, or if in prison is PROTECTED BT THE ACLU.
