Today I'd say the females out way the males in listening and performance. I fire the mediocre ones quickly. My Internist is Male and old school. His wife is his partner but as his PA, though her Doctorate is ENDO and she is great at it. They make a great team. He is also a Master Bee Keeper and grows peaches he sells to his patients, as a type 2, I like his honey sticks, just the right size for a sudden BS drop. Single Dr. offices are becoming to expensive to maintain. You know when you found the 'right' doctor for you. Hospitals are tricker. I've had better luck with small Baptist systems than the others,
