I was depressed, so the doctor put me on psych meds, which made me fat and I got sleep apnea. So I went to another doctor, who told me humans don't use tonsils or adenoids, so he cut them out. I still had sleep apnea, plus facial rashes from the CPAP mask, so decided to stop the drugs and lose weight.

It's hard to express how much better I felt, and also had much anger I now feel toward those doctors and hospitals.

Congratulations on navigating your own way through sleep apnea. My first husband worked at a sleep apnea clinic, and would describe his angst at watching the heart monitors go all crazy as the test subjects were observed in the middle of the night. Only at a certain point of danger was the client allowed to be awoken. Now, decades later, I can see that the whole of the apnea illness is much more dependant on inflammatory diets, sleep postures (soft beds), and other factors you mentioned. It's a great moneymaker for pharma, though, as I am sure you could attest. Modern medicine, maintaining maximum illness. Screw those doctors, eh?

Vernon, I have never used Facebook or Twitter anyway, my few contacts with those platforms proving hollow. As for Youtube, I find it to be like the library at Alexendria just before it was 'accidentially' burned by Ceasar. [Except in Youtube, the librarian is keeping tabs on every book the user checks out]. Youtube will likely kill itself with it's censorship, like a river drying up. You are better off. I am sorry your wife did not get a recovery bed, that is criminal, mean. I do indeed give a damn about all of it. Best

Agree with Dr Coleman… the surgery timeline of Charles and Kate makes no sense .
