We’ve got enough technology now, thank you. It’s gone far enough. Can we stop now, please?
Those giving arms and money to Ukraine are war mongers – they are helping to keep the war going and are responsible for many deaths and awful injuries. Ukraine is merely the battleground. The war, a designer conflict, is between America and Russia.
The world needs more oil, gas and coal so that people can eat and keep warm. Shortages and rising prices meant that poor countries like Pakistan couldn’t afford Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) last winter. And they will be in the same dire straits this coming winter. The ignorant idiots campaigning against the use of oil are responsible for millions of deaths. And their actions are racist and elitist.
Wales has cancelled 31 new roads and halted all major road building projects. How long before Wales becomes Northern Europe’s first Third World Country? I bet industrialists will be dying to open factories in a country with no roads.
The BBC has always taken many of its staff from among the readers of The Guardian (this guarantees them slightly dim, prejudiced employees – bereft of imagination and humour). These days, however, they have specialised in recruiting simple-minded employees who know very little about anything (the less you know the easier you can be controlled), who have no ability to distinguish between truth and lies, who have no sense of responsibility and no inbuilt sense of morality.
As I warned two years ago the Gates Foundation has released huge clouds of genetically modified mosquitoes in California and Florida. Coincidentally, there have been outbreaks of malaria. The climate change nutters say that the malaria has nothing to do with the genetically modified mosquitoes but is a result of climate change.
When policemen break the law, there is no law.
I cannot read novels in which the author and publisher refuse to dress lines of conversation in quotation marks. At first I thought this was done to save ink but I fear it may be done because quotation marks have some legacy race of sex issues. Or maybe quotation marks upset Z generation wimps or climate change psychos. Quotes in books need quotation marks. That’s why quotation marks were invented. All my novels are properly equipped with a suitable number of quotation marks.
People in England will soon be unable to buy a train ticket if they don’t have a smart phone and an app or a bit of plastic enabling them to make a contactless payment. This is discrimination against those without smart phones – particularly the elderly. And with car parks now having apps the world is becoming increasingly unfriendly to those who refuse to carry a smart phone. Read `They want your money and your life’ to find out what the future holds.
The Bank of England has screwed up over inflation. (And since no one could be as stupid as the people at the Bank appear to be one must assume they did it on purpose.) But they’ve proved themselves truly woke. The Bank of England has said that people of any ‘gender identity’ (I think they mean men or women but who knows) can be treated as pregnant. And it is having some gender-neutral lavatories built so that lady bankers and gentlemen bankers who aren’t sure of their gender identity can go to the loo together and share the experience in politically correct harmony. The Bank’s insane pregnancy policies mean that anyone can now be classified as a birthing parent and claim family leave from the bank. I bet there are some people facing 7% mortgages who wish the Bank would concentrate on inflation and worry a little more about the economy and a little less about showing how wokey it is.
United Utilities, a big utility company in the UK will pay its new chief executive a bonus if she reduces the amount of sewage dumped into rivers. The boss could get a bonus of up to £900,000 if she cuts the amount of piss and shit the company dumps in rivers. May I remind you that water companies take drinking water from our rivers?
Big banks charging customers a fortune for mortgages are still paying savers less than 1% in interest. Apart from making truck loads of cash to share out as bonuses, the banks are presumably helping Schwab and Co ensure that we all end up broke and miserable. (I know he said we’d all end up owning nothing and being happy but that was clearly confused gibberish.) For advice about money please read Moneypower. It contains information on all aspects of finance – especially investing.
Matt E. Mulshion of the BBC’s Misinformation Unit says that the world is now hotter than at any time in its history. He says that the Earth’s core is already melting.
Why are the climate nutters chopping down trees so enthusiastically? Ten minutes ago they wanted more trees and got very upset about people with chainsaws in the Amazon and the Far East.
Plants require carbon dioxide to live. If we stop producing carbon dioxide the plants will all die. And then billions of people will die. The billionaires, of course, will live on the `food’ they’re making in their laboratories.
When I last looked the money being raised for the family of the 17-year-old shot by a policeman in Paris had reached 200,000 euros. But the fund collected for the policeman who did the shooting was over one million euros. (I’m not entirely sure why the money is being collected. What’s it for?)
In the same way that the words ‘military’ and ‘intelligence’ are oxymoronic when joined together so is the word ‘integrity’ when applied to the `BBC’.
I’ve been a member of the MCC for nearly 50 years. It has, in my view, become so frighteningly woke, unrecognisable and embarrassing to decent Englishmen, that I remain a member only so that I can vote against everything the committee recommends.
An astonishing 75% of native Britons now want to leave the UK. They want a better quality of life with lower costs. Not all will go, of course. But many will. And most of those who emigrate will be taxpaying citizens. The result will be that the UK will become poorer and ever more wretched. Many of the millions coming into the country don’t work and, therefore, don’t pay tax. On the contrary, they want to be fed, housed and given money. They are a drain on an already crumbling society. Britain is finished, I’m afraid. It has been destroyed – punished by the communists who haven’t forgiven voters for taking Britain out of the EU. Many of those communists work in the civil service and they are determined to destroy their own country out of spite – and to discourage voters in other countries from following Brexit voters.
Don’t be fooled into thinking that interest rates have peaked. I don’t think they have. And inflation is not under control. Taxes will stay high. Every successful strike (especially of public sector workers) will push up inflation and interest rates still further. Remember: this isn’t happening by accident. They want you poor and miserable. That’s the plan.

Passing Observations 187

Crooks are now able to merge photos of two similar looking people and create one image. Unfortunately, biometric security devices can’t distinguish between the spoofed photo and each of the two individuals. So because they can’t find the ‘person’ whose deep fake image is on a wanted poster (because they don’t exist) the police will arrest the two people whose photos were spoofed. Welcome to the Great Reset and the wonders of digitalisation.
Despite all the fuss about wind farms and solar energy, the consumption of oil rose in 2022 by about 3%. And idiotic protestors interfering with sporting events aren’t going to change that trend any time soon. The really big problem, of course, is that the oil is running out. Read all about it in my book A Bigger Problem than Climate Change. The CIA and controlled opposition dispute this but the acknowledged fact that the oil is running out was, three quarters of a century ago, one of the triggers for the globalists’ depopulation plan.
The market for coal is rising. In 2022, coal prices in Europe averaged £235 a tonne (that is a 145% increase on the previous year). Germany has now closed its nuclear power plants (for absolutely no good reason other than that the silly greenies didn’t like them). Last year a third of the electricity in Germany was produced by coal fired power plants, and the closure of the nuclear power plants means that the consumption of coal to make electricity will be much higher in the next twelve months.
Coal is by far the dominant fuel for power generation in China. And likely to remain so for some time. Burning coal is much better for the planet than burning wood pellets (which is very popular in the UK.)
I foolishly bought insurance to cover our plumbing and drains. When we had a blocked drain I rang for help. They sent a man who was no help whatsoever. He stayed a few minutes and then left. For four days we rang numerous times and were told that help was on the way. It wasn’t. In the end we had to hire a local firm to deal with the problem. The insurers sent us a cheque for £80 in compensation for failing to help. But they refused to pay for the repair because we hadn’t been given permission to get an outside expert. I have cancelled the insurance and learned another lesson.
It is possible for a woman to give birth to twins fathered by two different men. In 1970, in Germany, blood tests led to a court ruling that although a woman had given birth to twins, one of her babies was illegitimate.
Politicians waste 90% of the money they gouge out of taxpayers – doling it out to cronies and crooks. They steal the other 10%. I regard paying tax as paying protection money. If I don’t pay, thugs will come round and break my bones.
Anyone buying biofuel for a car or other machine is condemning someone to death from starvation. Food is for eating, not to be used as a substitute for oil.
In the 15th century all you had to do to destroy someone was to accuse them of being a witch. One accusation would result in certain death. (The accused would, for example, be thrown into a pond. If they lived they were guilty and they were burnt to death. If they drowned they were innocent.) The same system has been revived. Anyone accused of being an anti-vaxxer or a climate change denier is ruined. Anyone accused of sexism or racism is considered guilty until proved innocent. And the power of social media means that they are destroyed even if they can prove themselves innocent.
My bet is that the World Government the conspirators are planning will be centred in Israel. Just a hunch.
Peeping Toms used to be immune from prosecution if they were over 50-years-old or had only one eye.
Doctors’ stethoscopes are often contaminated with dangerous bugs such as staphylococci and can spread infections from one patient to another. Less than 10% of doctors have ever cleaned their stethoscopes. For advice on surviving doctors read my book How to Stop Your Doctor Killing You. It’s banned in China and Germany (for upsetting governments, drug companies and the medical establishment) and heaven knows where else, though I’m delighted to say that there are still versions in Portuguese and Polish.
Elvis Presley used to have a motorised exercise bike. (I suppose the alternative was to buy an ordinary exercise bike and get someone else to ride it for him.)
Ursula von der Leyen, the president of the European Commission, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum. Hands up anyone who is surprised by this revelation. When she addressed the Davos shindig in 2022, she called for global unity. It is absolutely no surprise that she is apparently Biden’s choice as leader of NATO. We shall then have to address her as Corporal von der Leyen.
Banks in the UK have been told by the Government they must respect the free speech of their customers – and not close their accounts just because they do not have woke views. Banks have also been told that they should stop profiteering by charging 6% or 7% for mortgages and paying 0.1% to savers. It’ll be a surprise if they take any notice.
Snitching is becoming a global pastime. The BBC reports (with glee I suspect) that in 2022, 48,754 sneaks contacted the DVLA with concerns about someone else’s fitness to drive. That figure is up from 26,716 in 2021. Inevitably, most of those complaints concerned older drivers though, as insurance companies will confirm, it is younger drivers who cause most accidents. The medium term plan is clearly to take driving licences away from older drivers (to begin with it will be those over 70, though this age limit will fall rapidly and in a few years those over 40 years of age will have their licences taken away from them). Since there are very few bus services these days, this will force older citizens into tiny flats in tower blocks, just as recommended by the globalists.
Long covid (the fashionable non-existent disease that lasts a lifetime) is now found most commonly among doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
The greatest western movie ever made was Shane with Alan Ladd. I’ve just read, for the first time, Jack Schaefer’s short story on which the film was based. It is a beautifully written story, which transcends an often underestimated genre and is a greater, truer piece of literature than anything which has ever won a literary prize.
The mainstream media claims the world just had its hottest day ever. This absurd claim made my blood boil. (Actually, it’s been so cold recently that I’m thinking of putting the central heating back on. And have you noticed that even if it is pleasantly warm in the daytime it gets very cold at night? That’s a sure sign that they’re fiddling with the weather – which we know they are.)
The US Federal Communications Commission has granted permission for 440,000 5G satellite launches. And that’s just launches from the US. You’d think the damned things would all be bumping into one another, wouldn’t you?
The Lancet and the Drug Industry
12TH JULY 2023
The following article is taken from my book The Dementia Myth:
‘My experience is that issues which are unpopular with the drug companies (the usefulness of vivisection or the questioning of the value and safety of vaccination for example) are ignored by all medical journals.
Medical journalists writing for popular papers often quote articles which have appeared in The Lancet but it is, I think, worth pointing out that The Lancet is a commercial journal which charges a good deal of money for advertising. The latest circulation figures for the weekly magazine show that back in 2007 it sold 29,103 copies and yet despite this relatively modest circulation, a full page advert in The Lancet can cost up to £10,800 (though it will be considerably more than that if you want to buy the back cover). I can only offer the circulation rate for 2007 because, even in 2019, that was the only figure I could find on The Lancet’s website.
Now compare that advertising rate with a magazine that, it is fair to assume, does not take a good deal of drug company advertising. At random I picked a magazine called Model Rail Magazine. It has a circulation of 28,337. And the most expensive page rate for a full page is £900.
So, an advert in The Lancet costs more than ten times as much as an advert in Model Rail Magazine.
And who buys the advertising in The Lancet?
Well, if you guessed that most of it was paid for by drug companies then you probably would not be far off the mark.
And who makes vaccines?
Well, drug companies of course.
Am I being unfair in fearing that there could be a conflict of interest here?
I don’t think so.
I would have more respect for The Lancet (and its point of view) if the magazine refused all drug company advertising and relied entirely on subscription fees. It is worth noting that a subscription to The Lancet costs £163 whereas a subscription to Model Rail Magazine costs £51. Moreover, I doubt if The Lancet pays much if anything to its contributors whereas Model Rail Magazine doubtless has quite a substantial editorial cost.
This astonishing discrepancy in advertising rates is commonplace within the world of medical publishing. There are thousands of medical journals and magazines in existence around the world and many of them are hugely profitable. Drug companies use their journal advertising to promote drugs directly to the doctors with the prescription pads.
The drug companies use charities to indoctrinate patients and they use medical journals to indoctrinate doctors.’
