I suspect, each nation’s leader ( like corporate division head’s are required to downsize a certain percentage of their respective populations each year) while serving as the rationale for their One World Government.
Once we have been globally put into our digital gulag’s then the downsizing can begin in earnest without harming the environment and preserving their spoils as they solve their own mortality fears through better science.

By doing this they will destroy Nation States ready for take over, reduce the world population to the point of easy control and then make it easy to enforce control over the people left and resources on this planet by using technology (e.g. digital ID Passport - when ever ‘they’ want they can switch it off, you will be able to do nothing!!!). Russia however is doing very well indeed. Don’t forget though that death and destruction (carnage is happening on the battle field / thus will not be easy to repair and may take several generations to heal if ever) WHO (clue us in the name to) EXACTLY is a part of this, is still to be shown!?! Keep your eyes peeled and stay neutral, for now resist digitalisation of everything, BY those in the Banking sector (at least) that want to do it currently! … there is a place for this but not if the Banks get control of it!
