Glad to have found your Substack, Edwin.

We truly live in Clown World now.

In the end, tho, I believe that God wins. I'll put my faith in that, as I've lost nearly all faith in our so-called leaders.

The "World War III" scenario relies on Putin largely deciding to go out in a blaze of glory. In every scenario put forward, Putin throws nukes at the west only after he's lost the war in Ukraine.

While the extent to which Russia was pressured to invade Ukraine by NATO is problematic at best (Russia had potent economic levers at its disposal that arguably would have been far more effective than invading Ukraine), the reality is not only that Russia DID invade Ukraine (and Russia has never conducted a successful invasion of a European power since the advent of modern warfare), but they are performing true to historical norms--i.e., very badly.

Putin miscalculated on the invasion in several ways, but by far the most egregious miscalculation was that the invasion reminded Europe of NATO's original mission--prevent a Russian invasion of Western Europe. Putin made that threat very real and very probable.

NATO's strategy is simple and cynical: turn Ukraine into a meatgrinder war of attrition and bleed the Russian military dry. That Ukraine is now launching counteroffensives and may even succeed in retaking Kherson was an unexpected bonus for NATO. Ukraine can't yield to peace talks because if they stop fighting Ukraine ceases to exist as an independent country. Putin has already said as much. The Ukrainians are quite literally the ones with their backs to the wall, and while Russia may fear NATO wants to defang Russia permanently (they do), their existential crisis is still largely only perceived at present, while Ukraine's is immediate and real.

Thus NATO supplies Ukraine with weapons, Ukraine supplies the cannon fodder and soaks up the casualties, all the while inflicting maximum damage on the Russian military. NATO is getting a chance to see how well NATO weapons systems perform against the Russians, and the outcomes have been quite good.

As I pointed out the other day, Russia's great strategic vulnerability is its pipeline network, and the fact that not only does most of it run to the west instead of the east, but that nearly all the logical customers for Russian petroleum exports are in Europe, not in central Asia.

https://newsletter.allfactsmatter.us/p/russia-has-a-pipeline-problem

Had Russia been able to execute a massive thunder run to Kyiv and end the war in a matter of days or weeks, Europe likely would have had to accept Russian conquest of Ukraine. That didn't happen, and that gave NATO the strategic opening which they have exploited fairly effectively.

Yes, this strategy ignores Ukraine's massive problems with corruptions and human rights violations on par with Russia's. That is the essence of realpolitik: the sins of one's allies are excused, and the sins of one's adversaries are exaggerated.

However, NATO has a compelling reason for making this play: it's a two-for-one deal. If Russia collapses in Ukraine or shortly thereafter, even if they "win" on the battlefield (which is still the most likely outcome unless the Ukrainians retake Kherson soon), and if Europe can hold out without Russian energy through the winter all of Putin's geopolitical leverage is gone.

Where that gets interesting is that if Russia collapses in or after Ukraine, and their oil exports are even just majorly curtailed, the big loser is China. China cannot import by pipeline enough Russian oil and natural gas to sustain their industry--the pipelines to the east just do not have that capacity--and the Chinese know it (which is why they still buy more natgas from Central Asia than from Russia).

Remove Russian oil from the marketplace and China, which imports upwards of 75% of its oil, is facing an oil supply shock many times worse than what the US experienced in the 1970s. The inevitable price hikes alone will see to that. The only way the price of oil does not rise at that point is if China's economy collapses and they just don't have the demand for oil (which is a possibility at this point).

By bleeding Russia dry in Ukraine, NATO has a very good chance of not only eliminating Russia as a regional threat but China as a global one.

Does that make the strategy moral, or the war just? No. But it just might make the strategy successful. Draw your own conclusions what that means for the rest of the world.

Did you see the article on staging F-35 fighters as ABM "sensors" and even anti-ICBM weapons carriers.

Some of these idiots think they have this all figured out.

No plan survives "First Contact."

This one, to take down 2 nuclear armed powers, is the stupidest yet.

I guess there is a depopulation agenda after all. Folks thought we were absolutely nuts for discussing it back in the 90s. But we said then they would use our energy dependence against us.

Then, and now, I said I will laugh long and hard when OPEC burns. BASTARDS!

Right now, NATO's strategy in Ukraine is many things, but I wouldn't call it "stupid". At least for the moment, it's working.

Is the strategy short-sighted? Most military strategies are. Putin had no idea what to do once the initial lightning strike in Ukraine failed. Bush, Jr., had no idea what to do once he knocked the Taliban out of Kabul or took out Saddam Hussein. Even Yalta didn't take into account the fundamental ideological conflict between Soviet Russia and the rest of the Allied powers.

Does NATO have any idea what to do once Russia has been rendered impotent and China pushed into an economic backwater? Nope. Are they calculating the consequences of victory? Nope.

But for the purposes of dealing with Russia in Ukraine, the NATO strategy is a sound one. And with Nord Stream 1 demolished and Nord Stream 2 at best able to deliver only half its capacity (assuming it ever delivers any natgas to Germany), Europe is pretty much committed to figuring out how to survive without Russian energy.

Which is probably why Putin is offering to send gas via the one conduit of Nord Stream 2 to Germany. He needs that gas flowing as much as or even more than the Germans do at this point.

Will any of this stop or even slow down deglobalization? No. Putin's war with Ukraine made sustaining the globalist system an impossibility. Too many supply chains have been ruptured, and there is neither the time, nor the vision, nor the political will to rebuild them to the status quo ante.

As for using F35s as ABM interceptors, that's been a proposed tactical role for the USAF since the late 1980s. It's not a new doctrine at all, merely one that is now potentially technologically feasible.

PNK, Britain has started sending AMRAAM AIM-120 missiles to Ukraine as well.

Stationing elements for an air campaign is the most dangerous move of all short of direct military attack.

Somehow, flying fighter-bombers, even stealthily, over the air space of a nuclear armed adversary for the purpose of gaining a strategic advantage of attaining capability to blow his ICBMs out of the air immediately over their silos seems like the last thing we should be discussing right now.

Doing so from the airfields of a country Russia is engaged in combat with is inviting nuclear attack, which seems to be the point.

I would think we would react very badly to Fulcrums, Fencers, and Fullbacks flying potential combat missions regularly over North American territories.

The AIM-120 is an air-to-air missile, and would probably be effective at countering Putin's missile attacks on Ukrainian cities. It's an effective complement to Ukraine's still functioning fighter aircraft, and can further complicate Russia's front lines by continuing to deny Russia air superiority.

While the AIM-120 has beyond visual capabilities, I doubt is has the range or the avionics to take out an ICBM. It was designed as a replacement for the Sparrow missile system.

More importantly, the AIM-120 is munitions, not forward-positioned NATO aerial forces. It's conceptually no different than sending Ukraine HIMARS units and munitions. Remember, NATO's endgame is an exhausted and depleted Russia. Neutering the Russian air force goes a long way towards achieving that.

Supplying AIM-120s is different than the idea of enforcing a "no-fly" zone over Ukraine. simply put, there is no way to enforce a no-fly zone that does not lead to NATO aircraft engaging Russian aircraft, and regardless of who shoots down whom, that is a short path to war directly between NATO and Russia. Right now I doubt either side wants that. I certainly HOPE that neither side wants that.

If NATO pilots are flying NATO F-35s in Ukrainian airspace conducting missions against Russian targets and assets, that's a path to WWIII. Sending Ukraine air-to-air missiles, not so much.

The SLAMRAAM is a surface launched vehicle carrying AIM-120s.

But I haven't seen it mentioned except with Taiwan, and I don't know if it has ever been produced or integrated into any air defense system other than in development and testing, which apparently has been done.

Still, pretty interesting and the vehicle can also launch Hellfires.

"The SLAMRAAM (Surface Launched AMRAAM) was the US Army program to develop a Humvee-based surface-to-air missile launcher for the AIM-120 AMRAAM missile, manufactured by Raytheon Technologies and Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace. Surface-launched AMRAAM missile was first used in Kongsberg's NASAMS air defense system, fielded in 1995."

"Although the US Army canceled the SLAMRAAM program in 2011, the mobile launcher became part of NASAMS configuration options in 2019." -Wiki

The NASAMS High Mobility (Hummer based) is available from Norway.

I know the Israelis were involved in a Ukrainian Mig-29 upgrade program and it is quite possible they were gearing the 29s for AMRAAMs, but I don't know if it had been completed, however the Migs have been equipped at one point to fire HARM anti-radiation ordinance.

PNK, great job as usual!

In every configuration, the AIM-120 and related launch systems are munitions and equipment. They may make life more difficult for the Russian air force, but that's the entire point.

This is not a prelude to WWIII, but a continuation of NATO's displayed strategy of providing the weapons while Ukraine provides the cannon fodder.

If the goal is to bleed the Russian military dry, NATO's strategy not only is sound, but at the moment it appears to be working. Even if Russia ultimately takes Ukraine (while still the most likely outcome at the moment, Ukraine's capacity to fend off Russian forces when properly armed has exceeded everyone's expectations, and their potential for ultimately ejecting Russia from Ukrainian territory is growing almost daily), Russia won't be in any shape to invade anywhere else, and could by then be deprived of the oil and gas revenue needed to finance rebuilding the military once this war is done.

At some point there will be a question of whether Putin can survive in the Kremlin amidst ongoing military setbacks in Ukraine--and whether the ultranationalists who will escalate with missile attacks across Ukraine or the moderates who will sue for peace will be the ones to defenestrate Putin. We're not there yet, but at some point a coup becomes a real possibility.

it's more than the genocide of the Covid-19, climate change hoax, and the possible world war.

The G20 leaders have set the stage for world war, while at the same time attacking western nations citizens in multiple ways to ensure that the WESTERN COUNTRIES LOSE WW3.

Which their multiple attacks on our citizens are proof of their intentions.

While China prepares for war, and Russia is already at war, and Taiwan is arming 3. million of its youth with guns and training - what are Biden and Trudeau doing - obsessing about taking the "assault guns" of their citizens -the very weapons they will need to defend themselves, their families, and their countries if world war 3 breaks out.

What does that make Biden and Trudeau - Manchurian candidates - traitors for China.

Global communism is the game and the western leaders are working with China and with Russia to set the stage for war to destroy the lives of western citizens - who have always been the biggest obstacle to global fascism.

Israel is to blame, look how all senior political officials surrounding puppet POTUS Biden are self-declared dual nationality Jews, and 50% of US generals are all self-declared Jews, the US government is the government of Israel, pure and simple, and the DOD decision to request Pfizer, Moderna, J&J etc. to manufacture the death jabs was made in effect by Israel, and precisely the same Rothschild WEF agents infiltrated into governments worldwide are currently herding the subjugated world population headlong into a totally needless and likely soon to become nuclear WWIII to accomplish much of the stated aims of the demonic Noahide Laws that have been officially approved by the US and by the UN in advance of an intended entirely Jewish NWO one world government being imposed, under which all members of non-Jewish religions, some 6 BILLION people, will all face mandatory physical execution by law as idolaters.

Rabbi Yisrael Ariel has also said on video that NATO armies controlled by Israel will be used to go from city to city and do this. Many Gentile people of Russia succumbed to treacherously and traitorously aiding the Bolsheviks in imposing the rule of terror and extermination, doing this for the Jewish Bolsheviks after the 1917 terrorist takeover there, murdering 66 million Christians, right through WWII up till 1953 then under the Jewish Stalin, who I have photos of wearing a black leather tefillin Jewish prayer box tied to his forehead while he is wearing a yarmulke prayer cap and stripy Jewish shawl, and they intend to do exactly the same again, on a much vaster scale now, now that so-called ‘anti-semitism’ is an utterly unthinkable or impractical type of thinking for most today, by carefully constructed arrangement of the Jews. Stalin passed a draconian law stating that any Russian found ‘guilty’ of ‘antisemitism’ would automatically face a mandatory death penalty, as Judaism, he stated, was fundamental and essential to the communist revolution. After WWII, after the victory of the all lies the Kremlin attempted to insist that the same law then be made law worldwide, but of course, TPTB then realized that still ready armed forces of Allied nations might then realize how they had been conned and fight, so the more practical ploy to ‘take America without firing a shot’ was then employed, and not only in America of course. Now most people have been trained or hypnotized in general never even to think of or discuss any possibility of even making these demonic self-assured rulers and intended mass murderers of us move out of their positions of office, allowing such despots to freely go about their business of mass murder of Gentiles without the slightest indication of protest in the controlled media, because TPTB own it, in the links below you will read how the Zohar states that all Gentiles in the world will be exterminated and that their souls will be sent to hell.
