It would be good if he had mentioned CDBC so that people make the connection to what he is discussing at the end of the article. The banks in Canada have been discussing digital currency but it seems to get lost in all the other noise. I'm afraid one day we'll wake up and it will have happened.

I was shocked by all the 'pilot' programs they have going with this 'digital conversion.'

Linking it to 'social media' like the Chinese have done is also a foregone conclusion.

As usual, our input will not be requested, required, or allowed.

My best advice, all these years later, buy ammo, remains the same.

How do you get a lot of people to accept something that, if you explain it properly to them, they will almost certainly fail to agree to?

Starve them, or take away their heat in the winter, or both.

Now's the time, indeed. DON'T do anything techie about money... Bitcoin and all that stuff... the Bad Guys can simply shut down access. What we should do, from what I'm hearing is local, local, local, actual COINS, maybe paper money, maybe bartering... but LOCAL is the key.

And stop paying income tax! This is tricky because they deduct it out of our paychecks... illegally. That bill to tax our incomes was never ratified.
