I try my best to not do business with companies that are dishonest, misrepresent themselves or a product or take sides on a cultural or political issue (even if it is the right side) There is a lot of devious crap, illegal or immoral, companies pull to boost their bottom line. In may cases there are laws against this stuff, but try to get the laws enforced-- good luck. There are free things, except for shipping and handling, bringing them to the normal price. Or buy one, get the second free except for a small added charge, which is not free. Fifty percent off, but not the usual price but the suggested retail price. Two day shipping, but it's almost as slow as regular shipping. The list of dishonest practices is almost endless. Don't like getting cheated, lied to? Don't do business with that company. In most cases, there's a company that would be happy to have you as a customer. Amazon is a company of last resort for me. Bezos doesn't need my money or yours.

Karl, people can hear you more clearly, if you wouldn’t use such foul language. It truly offends me even, if I understand your anger and complaint. The trash mouth is a turn off to your story unless you are only trying to reach other trash mouth folks. Sorry, but I’m praying for America to rise up to be truthful, clean and good once again. Be angry at Amazon and tricksters. Just don’t stoop to their level, please.

Didn't bother me. Crooked people bother me. People burying their heads in the sand thinking singing kumbaya will fix things bother me. I'm a Christian. I completely believe in prayer. I got yelled at and flipped off today for nothing by angry drivers. NOW that's wrong! You warning us about a crooked company...which has been proven over and over to be crooked...isn't wrong! These same people are still on fascistbook...now I'd almost bet billions of dollars God doesn't like that!!! Or still shopping at Target and I KNOW God doesn't like that!!! Or buying a monthly membership to Pedo Disney Channel...I'd bet TRILLIONS God doesn't like that. Be you. God knows your heart!

It offends me that you’re offended-lol! I like Karl’s language. It’s called freedom of speech Susan.

I'm not offended, either. Obscenities are just words, but I find they only weaken an argument. I might use them in a conversation with friends, or when I call my sister to say "Happy F***ing New Year!" But not among strangers or those I might want to convince.

I believe in free speech; however, I also believe in a time a place for things to be said with the right listeners. Trash talk is low class. It’s true. It tears down rather than builds up a society. If Jesus was standing beside you would you speak using foul language or also , if you are speaking with a person who may hire you for a position in a company?. If you do, you won’t get the job unless it is a job not around other people. Why speak vulgar, so young people are exposed and they, too, grow up speaking vulgar. Get educated, be civilized and keep the vulgar language away from public places and young people. It’s called manners. I always taught my students: “Good manners means you are thinking of others rather than yourself. “

Good Manners can create positive changes in the world. Let’s make America great again🥰

I know all too well about Amazon’s dirty tricks.

I worked there for 5 years and saw firsthand how they play shell games, bait and switch with employee benefits and pay, my coworkers and I were cheated multiple times. Bezos is an arrogant, greedy and selfish asshole.

I absolutely refuse to purchase anything through them now.

What I hate about Amazon and why I will never be a member again is...part way through the scamdemic they offered free or discounted memberships to those on assistance. THEN raised regular membership from $99 to $149 I believe. They weren't giving free ANYTHING! As always we were getting to foot the bill! I had the 24 hr thing happen once, but I've used it a couple times no problem. I never order anything from them I need immediately. I don't order ANYTHING from ANYONE I need immediately. Even if they ship it quickly USPS or UPS effs it up! I just paid UPS $29 to send a small box 12 hours away and not go through the USPS and it was DAYS before they got it!

Yep, I was expecting a check today, and guess what, it won’t be here till tomorrow at the earliest, USPS fails again. It isn’t like I don’t expect it, they just have morphed into constantly underperforming!

The scamdemic created that culture! Hey don't like us...oh well...where else are you going to go... And they know it! However, I still won't shop at Starbucks, Target, Pedo Disney, nor buy Anheuser Busch or their products. I don't need anything that bad! If I could get away from Wal-Mart I would!

If you define shipped quickly by how soon you get a tracking number, that's meaningless. That's when they put a label on it or simply print a label. Not when it was dropped off or picked up. Chronic problem. USPS takes over a week to get first class mail, letter sized envelope to the next county, about a twenty to thirty minute drive for me. All non-local mail has to go to Omaha first. I used to be an Amazonian, bought everything there for years, and I started when they were a bookstore. But the only thing I ever buy through them now is paper to put on the bottom of my parrot cages. I used to use newspapers after they were read, but those days are gone. And I bought Ugo Bardi's book, because why shouldn't a book about exterminations support the exterminators.

Complaining about your own financing of Amazon is fully idiotic. Reap what you sow.
