Maybe we should examine how well Democrats controlled health care prices before we allow Kamala to destroy our country

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2024/08/maybe_we_should_examine_how_well_democrats_controlled_health_care_prices_before_we_allow_kamala_to_destroy_our_country.html

In 2009, the average single premium was $92.43 per month. Today it is $703 per month or up over 660% in 15 years.

In 2009 the average family premium was $349 per month and today it is $1,997 per month or up 472%. according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics:

Obamacare is a great example of how successful Democrats are when they pass laws that they falsely told the public would reduce health insurance prices by $2,500 per family.

The Affordable Care Act of 2010 was a 2,000-page monstrosity with thousands of pages of additional pages of new regulations and many new taxes. Any person with a brain would have known that the bill would cause price increases, not decreases, but no one was allowed to see the bill as passed.

The first thing it did was take away freedom of choice. It forced people and businesses to buy a Cadillac instead of a Ford or Toyota type of insurance. People weren't allowed to buy cheaper policies. The government dictated what people and businesses had to buy. Insurance companies had a captive audience.

Then it said that insurance companies had to spend 80% to 85% of premiums on care because they thought profits were too high.

See this here, from the government itself:

And prices soared instead of dropping as promised. A very small percentage of people are covered directly through Obamacare but all of us have been screwed with much higher prices and no freedom of choice because Democrat politicians want to control us.

We already exist as a Socialist Government with welfare handouts and aid to foreign countries, which is embezzlement in the name of humanity and proxy wars! Our politicians are trying to usher in COMMUNISM! Let's call it for what it is.

First U.S. Egg Producer Commits to End Chick Culling by Fall (CLIMATE CHANGE)

https://sentientmedia.org/first-us-egg-producer-end-chick-culling/

Kipster, the first carbon-neutral egg hatchery in the world will also be the first to sell eggs in the U.S. using a new kind of technology, one that aims to improve animal welfare for chickens. In-ovo sexing technology enables egg producers to identify the sex of the chicken embryo before hatching. Debuting this fall from Kipster, it’s one of many technological advancements developed to eliminate culling, the practice of killing day-old male chicks.

Kipster had initially pledged to eliminate culling in 2022 by raising the roosters to sell as meat. “We didn’t succeed because the infrastructure in the U.S. is not there,” says Ruud Zanders, a co-founder of Kipster. In the Netherlands, Zanders is one of the few that raises male chicks for rooster meat and sells it, along with eggs. But in the U.S., he says, in-ovo sexing is the next best option. Another company, Egg Innovations, was the first to commit to in-ovo sexing, but won’t implement it until 2025. Once fully adopted, the technology will save up to 300 million male chicks per year in the U.S. alone.

CSU researchers consider "STD" to help protect sweet corn from worms. CLIMATE CHANGE

Adrian Card, a State Produce Specialist with CSU Extension explained that farmers on the Western Slope lost around half their sweet corn crop last year, in part due to the infestation of corn earworm, (which is actually a moth) and has been around farms in Colorado ever since they started growing the produce, but haven't had a big of an issue with the pest until now.

"At its maximum, about 2300 acres of sweet corn (was lost)," Card explained. "That resulted in $2.7 million in losses."

Breitbart Business Digest: Americans Are Increasingly Unhappy with Their Jobs (links)

More than 85 percent Americans rate inflation as highly important in their vote for president, according to ABC News, making those the top issue among the 11 tested by the Ipsos survey.

As the chart below shows, real weekly wages rose rapidly during the prepandemic Trump years, during the dot com boom in the Clinton years, and in the second term of Ronald Reagan’s presidency. But wages were stagnant under George H.W. Bush and his son and during the first six years of the Obama administration. (If you are wondering about that huge spike in 2020, that’s due to so many lower wage workers losing their jobs. This tends to push up the median wage of workers during recessions.)

This suggests that if the Trump-Vance campaign can keep the election focused on economic issues, Kamala Harris may be forced to join the growing share of Americans who have found themselves working for a different employer or out of work altogether.

The economy will be totally broken down to set up the U.B.I concept. These interest are setting up this post human lifestyle of staying in one place. Be on a screen and just be a lazy bucket. Harris is just a puppet of these interest. This will be a different country at 2030 if harris gets a chance to activate what is called her economic plan.

I've had it tighter, started waiting tables for $1.50 per hr, poor economy. Next job was making wire harnesses starting at $3.50, took 7 yrs to get to $5. 3 boys to cloth and feed. First marriage was a disater. I don't tolerate child beaters. My parents watched them when school was out. Rummage sale clothes. My cloths were worn out before I had new used ones. Only thing new were shoes, few places to find size 5. Took 10 years to find a good man. These kids don't know what being really poor is like. Safety nets are there for them.
