New images reveal the backpack, GoPro camera and AK-47 style rifle that a gunman left behind when fleeing the scene where he was attempting to assassinate Donald Trump.

The suspect, now allegedly known as Routh, ran into his vehicle from the brush, but was spotted by a witness who snapped a picture of his black Nissan SUV and license plate.

Routh, a construction worker with a criminal record, also allegedly left behind ceramic body armor plates meant to protect from gunfire.

Palm Beach Sheriff Ric Bradshaw told reporters that the witness was able to share the license plate and later identified to law enforcement that the suspect they have in custody is who he saw fleeing the scene.

Routh has a rap sheet in North Carolina, including in 2002 for 'weapon law violations' and 'terrorist threats,' according to public records widely shared on social media.

But was spotted by a witness who snapped a picture of his vehicle – a black Nissan – which included the license plate.

Not the cops, not the Secret Service, so a private citizen.

In a sense a vigilante. Not that she shot at the perp, but she solved the case. Herself.

What if they had just said “the suspect has left the area. Probably in some kind of vehicle.”

The perp would have totally escaped.

Like those annual stories “escaped convict is still on the loose. No clues as to his whereabouts.”

The man named as the suspect in a possible assassination attempt near Donald Trump's Florida golf club, was calm and emotionless when he was arrested Sunday.

Tim Walz: Mao’s Missionary THE LITTLE RED BOOK OF MAO.

https://amgreatness.com/2024/09/15/tim-walz-maos-missionary/

According to one of his students, during their 1995 trip to China, vice presidential candidate Tim Walz sought out copies of Chairman Mao’s Little Red Book to give to American friends. Anyone who wanted it.

How could any of these dicta have been inspiring or relevant to Americans in 1995 (or to the Chinese for that matter)?

And in 2024, they don’t feel like the politics of Joy either.

re: the term 'class warfare' in the article: that sounds strange, isn't the (more traditional) term 'class war' or 'class struggle' as apt? after all it is a struggle, including bullying, between the super-haves and the have-nots, isn't it?
