The Beginning of the Pharmaceutical Takeover in the US: The Flexner Report
Ever wondered why herbs are woven into medical tradition in China, India, and parts of Europe, but in North America it seems people would rather take a pill? The answers can be traced, in part, to a review of medical schools published more than a century ago: the Flexner Report.
The government has set up the folks in America to get on the system for years. I have 3 brothers in laws all dope sick collecting disabled for 20+ years while my wife and I have always worked.
And a truly disabled person can't get DSSI. My eldest has worked since he was 16. Management, gas stations to district level, and Fast Food mostly. Ended up eating too much of the crap. Quad Bypass, then both legs balloon Angioplasty. He will never work again. Can't get anyone to do the DSSI, only 6 workers for TN, 10-year wait. 0 income. No computer/printer, just a cellphone. I had to give him money for shoes at Easter, his were falling apart. And $70 a month of SNAP won't feed a Cardio/Type 2. Each Jan, state Medicaid RESETS. Each specialist visit is $120. If you can find one. He gets angry and depressed. It's not fair or right. His son who pays the rent will one day want a place of his own. Besides a run-down trailer.
Surgery on both knees and feet, but she has been turned down 3 times for disability. Worked for many years. See, that’s it, working folks don’t qualify, but it seems easy for folks already in the system. On are about his third hearing he should be qualified and get back pay. It’s funny here we can’t even get an attorney to help at the last hearing. Good luck though, he will eventually get it.
James can't get an attorney to even take his case. Once the Vein Cardio and the Bypass Cardio Surgeon, plus the heart hospital, turned in the paperwork, it should have been automatic. To much Red Tape. His Ex took 8 months, she is a dope addict, and a breast cancer survivor. The cancer was cured with the Mascetomy. Indiana gave her custody of his son, which is automatic, she drew $400 a month for him. When he turned 16, he left, and she kept collecting for him.
Carla has been representing herself in the hearings. 12000 pages of documents from medical professionals.
Single males are less than 20% of custodial parents even when the mother is a junkie. Totally stacked against them. Single women have better jobs, more likely to own a house, better education. My usual answer is Marxism, but still there is a yeast of some sort running through our elected officials that intentionally makes it hard for groups that are not in their favor. 10 years is a long time to deal with this and I pray that y’all can get through it. Us unwashed Walmart folks tend to be the last concern of our elected officials elitist politicians.
And that is what James was, to begin with. He is a lot like me, smarter though. Just not used to dealing with medical crap. Communism, they want slaves.
We have squatters living in one of the rental properties and they too are on disability and dope. All get food stamps, but my wife can’t qualify. We live in South Carolina. It’s a drag on the social security system.
"The year 2020 is significant because I estimate that that is the year when the number of disabled and dependent individuals in Britain will exceed the number of able-bodied individuals."
This quote is eerie given the timing. It seems that Dr. Coleman must not have been the only one to pinpoint 2020 as a population tipping point -- but, quite unfortunately for the world, he was not the one to actually do something about it. Quite the coincidence that this landmark year of medical burden by the elderly and infirm marked the outbreak of a disease that was intentionally engineered to target the elderly and infirm ...

It is harder for single males.

The reasons that people do not want to work in long term care are complex.. profits are most important.
True, not enough people want to work in long term care. Not sure what's gonna happen.
Don't feel bad, nobody does. Thanks for commenting.
