COVID didn't kill that woman, her not being allowed to go to the doctor and get antibiotics is what killed her. She died of pneumonia, not COVID.

If that the case, then the family needs to sue China for spreading the virus.

I don't think China was the culprit! All the evidence points to US bio labs working with our Universities as being the origin. Wuhan was just a out post like the Ukraine labs in pushing gain of function bio pathogens to defeat who ever is targeted as an enemy by our military.

The risk of incinerating the world or exterminating humanity by a unstoppable man made pathogen increases daily. The message is comply or being jailed. Fear is the rule of the day.

Okay, my friend. It's off to the next life for you. I guarantee it, you won't be Alone!

I would say Ralph Baric/Tony Fauci/et al would be a more accurate target for a lawsuit.

PS , it opens the door for a dystopian future where everyday activities carry the risk of criminal prosecution.. THAT has been here for quite some time. EVERY law on the books that makes a crime out of something that has no victim involved is part of that dystopian future and has been here for quite some time.

Kamala says Americans must speak to ‘friends and neighbors’ about ‘where and how’ misinformation occurs

Oh look, squeal on your friends, neighbors, and family. So they can be locked up under the “mis-information laws.”

A good reason to never talk to anybody else in the world under any conditions.

This too is the logical outcome of not fighting battles that need to be fought. I could retire in comfort and excess if I had a nickel for every time someone brought up this theory as the reason we had to lockdown, wear masks, unsocial distance and get the clot shot.

With the possible exceptions of those who live in small remote band and infants, there is not a person on the planet that has not been at multiple times in their lives a link in the chain of some common and, for most people, mild disease that reached someone it could and did kill. The common cold can and does kill people. Same with the mildest forms of flu.

We didn’t put an end to this silliness when is was just a spark and it is now it the court system where it can quickly flash into a mass conflagration.

To illustrate how this idea is spreading elsewhere, I was told by one of my now former med schools that I was not allowed on campus when suffering hay fever symptoms as they are indistinguishable from covid.

They want permanent lockdowns and we are doing nothing to stop it.

What evidence did the prosecutors have that this woman was the specific one responsible for the infection?

He had none!

The prosecutors needed no evidence. These days, assumed intent is the crime, and the process is the punishment.

People have gone insane. Truth does not matter anymore. An untruth should be corrected, but the world is moving the other way, and favoring whatever ideas the world wants to favor regardless of the facts and the evidence. This shows we do not live in a "scientific" world at all. Science is extremely weak and has no power over an insane society that sants to believe whatever it wants to believe!!

Truth, what's anything got to do with "truth?"

It is a sad day when we come to such realizations!

But a new day is arising, just like Jesus rose from the dead over 2000 years ago.

Faith, and truth, will set us free of the insanity.

Right. Okay, so Edwin accepts that truth/faith and justice mean something. But to put all of that in the hands of "Jesus" is also similar. There is still "running away from truth" problem. If you cannot handle the truth, let Jesus deal with it. Those persons say truth comes only with Jesus, but I am the sort of person who wants to stick to truth, and even try to understand it directly, not hand the matter off to G-d or savior. I try to understand the truth as much as I possibly can, while I am alive. But I agree with Edwin's assessment that we are rapicly entering a new day and a new kind of society, one in which everybody just makes up stuff blindly. And whatever they like to call truth they call the truth. So, yes. It is a sad day. Because: now persons do not know what truth is!!!!# (+) Really, we do not need any quotation marks around the word "truth." (I once read in a grammar book -or it was a language book -from a more sane time -that the practice of putting quotes around a word has a list of uses, one of which was after "word." After the word "word." So, one would specifically be pointing to a particular word, so "word" would be written normally, with no quotes around it, and then you could use the quotes on the specific word: e.g. <the word "big"> So, those three words speak of how one might use that specific word, which is not the same as just using the word as usual. This is to be distinguished from the way we usually use words in our sentences. I think that putting a word in quote markings tends to reduce the meaning of it, and also to isolate it. Now it is different from the other words in a normal sentence. I see little reason to do that with the word "truth." Truth is truth. No quotes marks needed there.)
