Holistic pertains to treating the body, the mind and the spirit. Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, did this 2500 years ago. He said, "Let food be your medicine; and medicine be your food." Of, course, the soil and food were much healthier, then. They nourished the body and mind. Many have no idea today that what they put into their mouths will either make them healthy or make them sick. If they don't feed their bodies right, their brains suffer and their memories are affected, too. Want to become senile fast...don't feed the brain the nutrients it needs be stable and intelligent.
As usual, more fine doctoring from Vernon Coleman. Just the thought that there are different approaches to the practice (not science) of medicine is enough to cause pain. Holistic medicine is bound to be better than the Rockefeller medicine practiced by the majority of robot doctors. It is unlikely that the latter will even attempt to figure out the cause of your ailment, pain, etc. Elimination of the cause will almost always cure the symptoms. They are not interested in curing disease because that is a bad business practice. By subduing the symptoms only, these so-called doctors ensure that you will be paying (literally) another visit. Their mode of operation is take this pill, then come back in a month, at which time (because the "medicine" hasn't worked or is causing other problems) you will be given another pharmaceutical, with the cycle in a continuous repeat mode. Sometimes you can cure yourself by just researching your illness where you will likely be given options for a cure. Your problem might be one that requires some time and relaxation to cure. It is not a good choice to go running to the doctor for every ache or pain, especially of he/she is a Rockefeller medicine graduate. I am not a medical pro, so I am only offering common sense solutions, not medical.
Especially in states like Tennessee who do NOT recognise Holistic doctors.
I started my learning journey with Earl Mendell's Vitamin Bible. He explained what each supplement did for the body. I'm still learning here on Substack. Seed Oils, Iodine, bad ingredients and dyes. Dye reactions was restricted to Red which you learned from 1 child's diarrhea after eating or drinking it. He out grew it. Blue was my Thyroid med. Manfacturers source change.
