I don't understand why the executive branch has to abide by the ruling of a two-bit judge in a district court who's otherwise subject to the edicts of said executive? I have no law knowledge at all but it just seems screwy.

These courts have no authority, and the Trump team knows this. It is my belief that the SCOTUS will move to dismiss these examples of overreach within the month, closing down current TROs and any that may follow.

That's a nice piece of legal info. My only question is how likely that the judge who illegally issued the TRO would demand the required bond? I'd say slim to none. These left wing nut judges do not care about law, only politics.
