I'm not sure I follow any of these. Meat and full fat are important to me, I enjoy veggies in wide variety of ways. Variety and moderation ... that's my mainstay. There's a difference between maintaining and fixing too that should be considered.

Real fats. Real food. No soy. Real salt. Also, eat any raw foods early in the day. Give your body 2-3 hours to digest before bedtime. I can live for a week on a single chicken, from meat to soup. Eating well is less expensive than eating badly.
