Seems to me that many American doctors are forced by Obamacare et al to spend most of their workdays dodging around government regulations. This is especially true of doctors who treat us geezers, and must ensure that every jot and tittle of "cure" they prescribe will be covered by Medicare as essential.

I’m not making excuses for them, but they made their own bed by handing all of the control over to HMOs and the like, and then, they didn’t have to inject citizens, and neighbors, with the clot shot.

I would sympathize with the one who left the profession, the rest I’m not so sure about.

And even more Nurse Practioners want to be called doctors, with out the training. Never use them. I use specialist. Know your field well you have a life long patient, don't know it, I'll find another one. I've had my share of poorly trained doctors. The firs ENT who did my Menieres treatment was a SADISTIC, POS. And I'm not shy about telling people how bad he is.

I have a private physician that I haven't seen in two years.

I see my arthritis specialist more than my pp.

The only reason a normal person would need to see a gp is if they are sick. Why would you need to see them any more than that?

And GPs sound like they rather play video games than see patients.
