That is what they are doing, covering the 89 pages of side effects up. It's like with my son, his heart condition was FRIED FATTY FOODS over the years, he ate when he managed. Now they say microplastics, that is climate change garbage. We do know what bad oils do. Crisco is the worst. Either solid or oil. Rendered Lard is better. Even quality butter. Just less of it. I take K2-7 Complex.
I've been Airfrying for years now. I taste the difference. As we both are Type 2 he taught me a lot of what to avoid, my Endo never said a word about diet. What gets both in trouble is that 2 opposing diets can't and won't match. I've ditched sodas, chips, a lot of carbs and sugars. Not notice much reduction in inflammation. So much you see is Scams, tap a spoon on your ear to end Tinnitus a Fool's idea. You have to do the homework. So much just doesn't digest and it gets worse with the idiots fiddling with the food composition to make it climate-friendly. And we live in the South, it is very hot Aug./Sept. with little to no rain. My small garden burned up last year. Smart Meter tattled we had a leak, as I was watering nightly. Then the bugs got the beans before I could dust it poured for 5 days straight. I just gave up. I don't digest them, but they are a 'free' food and some fiber.
I agree. And also, while we're at it, filling people with metals and then zapping them, so they die, should be stopped, too. And also spraying all our food with toxic chemicals and shoving GMO's into it, and corporatizing everything, that should all be stopped, too. And yeah, also irradiating the entire planet and killing EVERYTHING, slowly, or sometimes quickly, should be stopped. And LYING to us about climate change and scarcity and history and health should be stopped, also. Oh, and teaching us utter bullshit in school and trafficking children and women-- stop all that, too. And clean up the water supply. And chuck all the central banks and govt's, too, while we're at it.

My niece is in a third hospital in the Knoxville, TN region, she can't keep anything down. She has more weird health issues than any 40+-year-old should ever have. They have no clue as to the cause. The area is more known for crime than good medical care.
I picked up a stomach bug last week, Promethazine stopped the puking. Slept through the day/night. Nothing works on diarrhea. Dean got it 24 hrs later. He has Glaucoma and Promethizine is a NO drug for him. Getting him to understand that was hard. At 82.6 he can be a big baby when sick. Neither had fevers, yet were freezing. We kept as hydrated as possible, still eating light meals. I'm hungry and ready to try something more than soup and toast. Dr. Martin's honey sticks in water kept my BS from getting too low or out of control. Small sips of water, green tea, and black tea. You know I'm sick when I can't even drink coffee.
