Baltimore looks like a shithole but when you take away the manufacturing industry and its employment opportunities and take away Christianity which emphasises doing good and striving to be better and replace it with the welfare state you get unemployed drug addicts that line up for free stuff while trashing the place because noone cares anymore.

I believe the records to the Clinton Whitewater Investigation were even determined to have been in the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City. Of course some kind of failure caused only half the building to be taken out, but some sort of records retrieval was going on before even the first reports of "undetonated explosives" including a "rocket launcher" presumably from the FBI offices.
I heard about building 7. But surely there were digital records? There would have been copies made of critical evidence for blackmail purposes surely. It will probably all come out in 50 years when the criminals are long dead and buried. Some may have their heads cryogenically frozen which can be dropped off the tallest buildings as punishment.
