My Dad was in boot camp when Pearl was bombed. His dad was a strict, hard man, but when they immigrated from Italy he forbade the use of his native tongue and enforced it. They all became Naturalized Citizens. Dad was the last born. A Natural Citizen. He fought 5 major battles under General McArthur.
