What's being built in China should be no surprise. China has been planning, in detail, the defeat and takeover of the USA. Their plan is to control the entire planet. There is little likelihood that China can or will be stopped. We would need an immense, highly tech military build-up in the next few years to even stand up to the Chinese (especially if they are combined with Russia, North Korea, Iran). The US has been self-confident, smug, wasteful and stupid for the last 60 years or so. I wouldn't worry much about what the Chinese Commies are building in China or elsewhere, or for that matter, what facilities we have underground here. It won't matter because you and I will not be getting security clearances to enter those places.
Those whose mindset is war and expansion of their territory..think stocking up on nuclear armaments is an answer ...The whole world will have nothing to worry about in the future, if this scenario would come about. The whole world could be inundated with massive radiation for centuries. PEACE stems from real cooperation between all nations...not warfare. Warfare is using the limited resources of the world to destroy the planet...and all life.
