There is no way congress would ever agree to this, we couldn't make it mandatory, but it would be a powerful inducement. Questioning McConnell or Shumer, "Why won't you take the lie detector test, is it all the foreign cash you've got, the stock options, take the test or we won't support you."
They would take their lumps and retire. It might even be viewed favorably by some of them, get out from under the Chinese at last.

The biggest reason, IMHO, that he should avoid it, is it would be a self imposed trap and he's not one to walk into those. Here's the two biggest traps:
He has lied - We all have. So, the likelihood of getting caught in one, no matter how small - would give the left the opportunity to cast doubt on everything he says/said. Additionally, anything he either admits to or lies about, will become potential legal cudgel for future attacks. Now I hear you..."they will also have lies exposed"...true but in the just the past 7 years alone (since he first took office), when has equity in legal prosecution or consequence entered the equation? Biden is the proof of that political , legal and public bias. It's a dem/leftists wet dream.
Trap 2 - the outrageous question: Imagine his 3rd question after - "is your name....do you live at..." - is "have you ever F'ed a dog?? Or have you ever F'ed an animal, more than 3 times??"
Now anyone who is a normal person, is going to react on some level and the needles will show that reaction. So, his "No" answer, will be able to be spun and propagandized, by the left.

I like it though. My solution, that doesn't have a memory's chance in biden's brain...if they don't fulfill their campaign promises they go to jail. No appeal, no trial, just locked away in the same cells the Jan 6th political prisoners are/were, for the same term of their time in office. I have a death penalty version, but that's too long for this format.
