Excellent founding father quote… my father was an architect and I worked for other architects … the building codes are exactly that nightmare and have been ever since I can remember. Another area that needs reform.
Why set a flat tax rate at 20%? That is too high. No matter how high the tax rate, the government will always claim that it does not have enough money.
After all, the government knows how to spend your money better than you do!
After decades of online Revelation at Congress.gov and now D.O.G.E., I want every fucking nickel I ever paid into Treasonous, supposedly TEMPORARY Skimsome Tax.
I can hardly wait to find out what the audit of the IRS turns up. Without a doubt, it will be a sh-t show. There are problems with a flat tax as those in the lower income brackets will probably pay more. Additionally, with a flat tax, exemptions don't exist. Say goodbye to things like business expenses, charitable donations, and mortgage interest deductions. Those would hurt business, charitable organizations and anybody owning a house and the construction business would be hurt. The Fair tax, or VAT, would be a killer for the low income folks, retired folks and people living in states with high sales taxes. Paying taxes is evil no matter how you look at it. How about Trump's tariff plan? Tariff's were used long ago, but will they produce sufficient income now?
Trump is getting ready to lay off 15,000 IRS agents, all of whom are on probation and have been on the job a very short time. That must be the same 15,000 IRS agents Biden hired last year to do more audits and wring more money out of us taxpayers. Imagine that.
FYI: 15,000 IRS auditors @ $80K average salary, plus generous benefits, is at least $1.5 BILLION dollars saved.
When that happens, it will be called Screwed, Glued and Tattooed for Humanity!! It will be Game Over for all of us. The Constitution and Bill of Rights won't be worth the paper they are written on. In fact, toilet paper will be more valuable like it was during the Scamdemic!
The Dems are now in the position of defending the most hated institution in the US. Beautiful.

The IRS. middle men between people's hard earned money ...and Congress distributing it to all the unworthy causes they support.

Well Edwin, what are your thoughts? There have been seven articles stating roughly the same thing. Heirtiage has the most understandable one.
CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. https://gailhonadle.substack.com/p/constitution-of-the-united-states
My thoughts are simple, ask Trump, he is all about the rule of law.
What do we do with a Constitutional Amendment that has never been ratified.

Personally, I love the Fair Tax, you buy and you pay. You don't buy, you don't pay.
I agree 100%.

Everything must be filtered through the lens of the implementation of the digital dollar and biometric I.D.
