If you watched the Tucker Carlson interview with Brigham Bueller of ways2well, you will realize that the insurance companies that own the PBM’s are the gorilla in the room that are ripping off the American public and Medicare. They are a $1.5 trillion industry and a three times larger than big Pharma. So they are the gorilla in the room and big pharma is only the monkey. All Trump has to do. It’s a band PBM’s except for the federal government running one to control prescription cost for Medicare.. It would collapse these insurance companies tremendously and I’m sure they’re going to fight it like hell.!

No matter how far Trump and DOGE go in making reforms, what has been accomplished so far is light years better than any past administration. I thought Ronald Reagan (the first Presidential candidate I was able to vote for in my lifetime) was a reformer, but Trump is making Reagan look like an amatuer in every sense of the word.

There should be an across-the-board "Pay Freeze" for ALL politicians at the State and Federal levels until there is a complete and thorough audit that reveals where all the money has been spent and accounted for since 1913 when Woodrow Wilson signed over through an EO the U.S. Monetary System to the Central Bank/Federal Reserve!

Collapsing big insurance will collapse the entire thing. A lot of political baggage comes with collapsing the #1 entitlement. It does have to be done; the house of cards will eventually fall, anyway. My gut feeling is not much will be found at the executive level in hospitals and systems that don't have their own insurance products. The grift that's out in the open is Medicare Advantage and Part D, and smaller systems end up having to partner with entities that provide those plans to get any kind of advantage. The trend at the hospital level has been to court suitors with insurance plans, because it's near impossible to compete and survive without one anymore. I have my doubts they will take this too far. I don't think the voting public sees CMS as part of the swamp, even if it is among the deepest parts.

Very good, you too win the internet for the day.

It’s all a grift, every last bit of it. No exceptions.

obamacare wasn’t to ensure everyone had “affordable healthcare”, it was to ensure that everyone paid in to a massive government slush fund. simple as that.

remember when the solicitor general argued in front of scotus that the “affordable care” act wasn’t a penalty, but a tax? roberts “corrected” the solicitor and declared that it was a penalty. roberts has been as much a part of this scam as anyone.

“fundamental transformation”. the federal government penalizing citizens for not “buying in” to big med/insurance/pharma/government. usaid is just the beginning. here we are.

One word: Results. Results are sorely lacking in the federal government, its (Deep State) agencies, and contractors. Lack of results indicates a problem, whether it is bloat or corruption or both. If you see no results or bad results, it is time to wipe the slate clean. After all, it is our hard earned tax dollars that are funding this circus.
