China's Total War Against America

On the heels of the passing of Henry Kissinger, who was praised by politicians of both major political parties, the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party has concluded in a report that Kissinger’s pro-China policy was a complete failure. It says, “For a generation, the United States bet that robust economic engagement would lead the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to open its economy and financial markets and in turn to liberalize its political system and abide by the rule of law. Those reforms did not occur.”

Who made that “bet,” on which the survival of the United States depends? It was originally made by Henry Kissinger, the former Secretary of State, and ratified by Republicans and Democrats over the years.

The committee did not, of course, name Kissinger as the main villain in this unfolding debacle. And that is why this report is itself a failure. It is an example of how Washington, D.C. and its political figures are never held accountable for decisions that put the survival of the United States in jeopardy.

Instead, in a series of court cases, former President Trump is being held “accountable” for things he clearly did not do. He is being charged by United Nations-trained lawyer Jack Smith with organizing a violent revolution to overthrow the U.S. Government, when he urged peaceful and patriotic protests, and unlawfully possessing White House documents he was entitled to have under the Presidential Records Act.

Incredibly, the government’s response to China’s aggression, in part, is to spend $400 million on a so-called Countering PRC Influence Fund (CPIF) at the presidential level – under China Joe Biden. This is one of the bizarre recommendations of this committee. It is worse than laughable.

Nothing less than the impeachment of China Joe and the jailing of his son could begin to address this problem.

Instead of wasting $400 million on federal bureaucrats who followed Kissinger’s lead and helped get us into this position in the first place, the committee should scoop up all available copies of “Soviet Total War,” a 1956 two-volume set of reports published by the old House Committee on Un-American Activities. The subtitle refers to the “historic mission” of “violence and deceit,” as originally practiced by the Soviets and now the Chinese communists. Volume 1 is 421 pages. Volume 2 is 898 pages.

These documents cover all aspects of the communist war on America that has brought us to this point. The strategy used by Moscow is being copied by Beijing.

I argue in my new report that the prosecution of Trump has everything to do with the fact that the Chinese tried to destroy his presidency with the China virus, they succeeded, and don’t want him to return to the White House.

In the process, of course, more than one million Americans died, and yet China Joe recently had a friendly meeting with the Chinese dictator in San Francisco. An impeachment inquiry isn’t needed to confirm that China Joe is in fact an agent of Xi Jinping.

In terms of the origin of this debacle, the House committee report explains, without naming Kissinger, how the Chinese Communist Party pursued a “campaign of economic aggression” that flowed “directly from the Party’s ideology,” that is, communism. It quotes dictator Xi as having made clear that he believes “capitalism will inevitably perish, and socialism will inevitably triumph.”

What the report itself doesn’t make clear is that Kissinger and his acolytes in the “Intelligence Community” were behind the idea that communism was dead in China and that the communists would turn capitalist. It was a lie. Instead, the communists all along had wanted to use capitalism to build up communism. They accomplished this through corporate deals and U.S.-China cooperation of the kind practiced by Henry Kissinger and the Bidens.

Such “cooperation” was also evident in the activities of one of America’s most prominent medical and scientific organizations, the federally-funded National Institutes of Health (NIH), which was caught funding the development of dangerous viruses in China. Francis Collins, an Obama holdover who had a long history of collaborating with the communist Chinese regime, presided over this “experiment,” along with Anthony Fauci.

They remain free of corruption charges. They are not being threatened with jail time.

There is a difference between the Biden and Kissinger cases. Kissinger did a lot of his deal-making out in the open, while China Joe used fake email names and Hunter funneled the money, including to the “Big Guy,” through shell companies.  But there is much that is similar. Kissinger worked on behalf of China and Russia, and so did China Joe and Hunter.   The Bidens also took money from Ukraine.

Now that the House of Representatives has voted to authorize a formal impeachment inquiry, the investigation should examine how Henry Kissinger’s pro-China policy paved the way for this corruption, and whether Kissinger was ever a communist operative, as once claimed by a communist defector.

One problem with the report is that it uses the Chinese term “socialism” instead of communism. This is more than semantics. The report uses the word “communist” only because it is in the official name of the Chinese Communist Party.

This is important because while the committee mentions the “ideology” of the CCP, it never explains what this means.

This leads to a major flaw in the report. Here’s what the executive summary report says:

“Since its accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001, the CCP has pursued a multidecade campaign of economic aggression against the United States and its allies in the name of strategically decoupling the People’s Republic of China (PRC) from the global economy, making the PRC less dependent on the United States in critical sectors, while making the United States more dependent on the PRC. In response, the United States must now chart a new path that puts its national security, economic security, and values at the core of the U.S.-PRC relationship.”

But China didn’t suddenly become communist in 2001. The communists seized power on the Chinese mainland in 1949. It should have been obvious since the communists seized power that they intended to exploit their economic relations with America to achieve their goal of world domination. Kissinger facilitated this process, leading to China’s current advantages over the United States and a possible invasion of Free China on Taiwan.

The problems we are encountering with Russia and China these days could have been avoided if we had taken the communist threat seriously.

The additional tragedy is that some conservatives these days think that Russia has also given up on communism, even as Vladimir Putin wages war on the former Soviet republics and has his sights set on anti-communist Poland.  They are dupes in the same way that Kissinger was a dupe, willing or otherwise, of China.

In this context, we can’t forget that Rep. James Comer has produced evidence showing Russian payments to the Bidens. He notes that Elena Baturina, Russia’s wealthiest woman, who was formerly married to the mayor of Moscow, paid Hunter Biden’s company over $3 million in 2014. This was the same year that Russia, under President Obama and Vice-President Biden, first invaded Ukraine.

Yet Baturina, who allegedly dined with then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter and others in 2015, has been excluded from the public sanctions list of Russian elites and oligarchs.

Such payments may also help explain why Biden has failed to give Ukraine the weapons it needs to defeat Russia and even encouraged the “minor incursion” into Ukraine in the first place.  It is consistent with Biden’s position of publicly supporting Israel after the terrorist attacks but then attacking the government of Israel for its military response.

But the China problem in particular didn’t begin with the Bidens. Kissinger started the Chinese Communists on the road to world domination when he cultivated friendly relations with Mao, the greatest mass murderer in history.

As my report demonstrates, it was Kissinger who did business with corporate clients looking for business in both China and Russia as he pursued what he openly called a “New World Order”  after Barack Hussein Obama was elected president in 2008.
