I too never drink water, never exercise explicity, but do stretch a bit in bed when waking up, try to walk or ride a bike to the store when its not windy and cold. Hardly ever go anywhere, either. Sleep 9-10 hours a night. Don't eat for 2 hours before going to bed at 9pm. I am healthier at 59 than I have ever been in my life. Oh, and it's just potato vodka for me. No grain based alcohols. My grandmother was originally from Romania and lived to be 98, never saw her drink water either. The glass of water I brought her every night (when she was visiting) was for her dentures!

I'll go with genes and good luck. Counted the close calls in my life that almost did me in. About 18. From being trapped under a car to roaring thru a toll both at 70 miles an hour because of brake failure and no one was in front of my car! My father was in France in 1918 and acquired the Spanish flu (some report it was bacterial meningitis from a Rockefeller experiment) he was admitted to the field hospital on a Thursday Nite and when he woke up the other 21 soldiers being dead. NIH traced back the DNA of survivors of the Black Plague. They found that the descendants from villages with a low mortality rate in Germany had a DOUBLE IMMUNITY GENE. MY GRANDFATHER CAME FROM SINGELFINGEN. Germany. Sounds like the finger of God to me!
