Some humans can too. As a Type 2 Diabetic, I learned what I need to change. Usually, a large meal without watching portions, and ingredients will drive my BS up. We had a pork loin, baked in a cooking bag like a turkey, with just seasonings, baked potatoes, green beans, and 1/2 ear of corn cut from the cob, that was baked in the oven. And Butter the only small amount of fat would drive my BS up. Had 2 small pieces of watermelon later. BS was 106 at 10 pm. Would normally be 250, and 113 this morning. My goal is to get off the Humalog.
